FuN at MuRrAy hSe ToDay On Weds i went for AmAths Remedial in the morning but guess wat.. i was the earliest to arrive cause i forgot the timing to be there... O well since i had the time i jus did my 232 Qns of Amaths Bah.. Dun like to Tok too much abt AMaths GiVes Me a Headache... Ok After the remedial MuRray ask me whether wan to go to his hse to play and i told him ok sUre but we had Lunch We hUi ying and Evelyn at Amk Hub NEWyork Newyork BOY was the food Great.. Anyway i quickly went home to pack my stuffs and o i took my bro's tennis racket but after that i found out his hse there the tennis court is repainting so Sian... O MuRray 's fren came and was playin CS then i offer to challenge him which i did and i win obviously HAHA Although i wish i could hav his graphic card IT SO BIG!!! OMG AND the speed was Incredible.. Play Quite a lot of his Games and Hav a Great Time Although i DID not Go for training LOL

Hey Is TimE to Post agin.. Its been quite a tough week for me this last week of My June HoliDays AWW.. NOOO!!! I wish it could be Longer.. BAH HUmBUG.. Recently there were 3 remedials i had to attend in school.. Physics and the rest Amaths O ya i wan to say that one of the remedial i totally forgotten abt it DAmm Gd thing my frens were there to cover up for me Phew!! Thank You Murray.. I went for training on Tues And it was quite tough Did 200m IM yuck!! Did not have much strength to train la Cause Went for Gym with my Sis She Pester Me to folo her LOL..

WoUld U BeliEve.. Facial

Hmm.. My Mum told me Monday i should go for a facial wash i thought i dun have to go but she told me Book le So have to go or waste Sian No choice.. On Monday i had physics remedial in school and Mr Soon Did a few experiment which was still ok to me although i got one part i had to use my hand to test pressure between issac's feet and i a high heel shoe OMG obviously high heel would be much more pain but lucky he did not try it on me PHEW!!

After lesson Issac was veri bored then say he want to watch Fantastic Four But i actually did not hae enuf money la and plus i ned to meet my sis cause she jus told me she goin to the facial with me Oh Finally Michelle Ended her internet Drought And ask Mr Soon to lend her the laptop for internet Her Email was Bursting with Mails lol

Although i played dota with issac they all but it was oni one match as the others we played Counter strike which Jia le veri Suai did not get even 10 kills lol Poor him.. i Later quickly Rush off back home as i thought i was goin to be late for the facial but my sis told me it would be delayed what a relief..So abt 3.30pm we went out to Suntec City To the facial centre

During the process, the person did mask on my face which i did not get use to it as the smell was not so fragance Yuck!! She help me clear some m pores but i did really got to see how she do it cause my eyes were close.. Although i must Say It was Also veri painful Ouch!!

Well After the whole thing it was time to go home But instead we went shopping around city hall HAHA.. i got to saw the Donut Factory the one that take 3hrs to buy as it was say so in the radio..i Bought myself a T shirt as i was starting to have veri little of it

Soon it was getting late and i Jus told her lets go home which we did That was the day i went out with my sis for so long.. Well i hope maybe next time we could try it agin but now HAve to get ready le for School So Next Time i Guess

FACIAL COULD BE PAINFUL..

Woo!! New Googles

Si Bei Shiok!! Today in the morning we went to TYR warehouse to trade in our old trunks for new one to get cheaper one of cos!!! i Saw one trunks that was pretty cool and decided to trade for it and wat was better was that there were a variety of googles which i Chose one Blue googles which has mirrors one Well that was abt it but price Erm $$ ba Anyway after all the shopping Me and my Bro had to Get to Toa Payoh for Buffet There wasn't a bus comin so in the end took taxi go Toa PAyoh but i had to pay for the bill X(

Well anyway at there we went to Sakura And Ate Well Pretty Boring la Food was not so good sia
didn't eat much cause later have training.. O and i decided to try the trunks and googles during training today!!

So we after the buffet we went to buy racket ba cause my dad brought us to a shop that sells badminton stuffs and i saw the racket he bought veri $$ sia Alamak.. Well if u wan good racket u mus be able to pay for it.. During training, it was quite slacking today lar didn't chiong much until the relay which did not also win much much until the last one where i combine with yewfai team to beat jia yi they all haha Punishment for losing team was 500m butterfly o.O?

So i felt shiok today tryin out the googles and everything had a feeling of power to swim fast today.. Well that was abt it i jus hope training would not be too tough cause i Jus heard School Nats Comin Le Dun Wan to OVer Train well write to here le..

Gym Could Be real Tough

Hey i recently went to a gym with my cousin Haha Well We took a test to see our body fats and funny thing was i had little of it although he told me must improve on my muscle mass so ned to start training harder le =) Wa i did not knw the gym was 5 stars gym lor and it is frm jackie chan gym HAHA veri funny cause got all of his poster over the place -.-

We did some warm up then start on our arms using the different machines.. Well i dun wan to talk to much abt it but it was quite fun la seeing the personal trainer doin showin us the machines.. in the end they ask if we wan to sign up But i did not want cause i saw the price OMG $400+ sia So EX $$

After everything we went for lunch At KFC erm but did eat much actually... Well thats was all yesterday and i did not go training... My fren must wan to kill me HAHA well anyway i will be goin trainging so he can rest assure although i cannot say much for my cousin who told me he may go play badminton.... K rite till here ba

Watching Movies o.O

Zzz.. lately been goin back to my ace training Swimming one Lol Recently my cousin rented wresting movie for us to watch haha Was quite boring actually but still got some parts damm funny and my fren hua jun came to watch the show although as we wanted to watch the 2nd disc he told us he hungry then went home to eat first... But sadly his mum later dun let him go out again Sianzz.. Well when that happens we started feeling bored then i saw my cousin playin warcraft and was quite noob at it... Later we went to Lan shop to play And Boy... i Thrash them like hell jus me and my cousin Vs his brothers Well after that my Dad nag at me to go Home so Quickly rush or else i scared get scoldings...

Argh!! Sunburn Again!!

Wa Lao Not Again.. This is the 2nd time le LAst time i had sunburn was when me and my frens went to sentosa to play came back havin tanned skin haha.. but today is another case In the morning we went to swim or a sort of training to improve our strokes turns out i did expect the sun to be so hot cause mostly it would get hot during the afternoon well it turns out the sun was sizzling and in the end i got sun burn haha.. Well nothing much to complain i cannot blame the weather What HAiz Nvm i will heal from it =)

Tasty Treats..

HaHa during this saturday we went for our Ace training as usually but guess wats after it? There is a BBQ for the kb swimmers and we all attended it as we did wan to miss the food haha but i did ate too much ba although instead i cook for my frens lor... anyway we played soccer well waiting for the bbq to really start i think i did not score goals but my frens did haha we were oni abt 8 ppl take on all the 10 to 12 kids on the field haha it was really messy my leg got stepped a few times... Play and Play until suddenly someone shouted to come in then we stop. my uncles then started some silly games got one is 'Shaolin Showdown' which we take props and act it out with it. well i got 2nd prize but thats ok next was pop the balloons which i won 2 times cause i pop it first haha although i feel the gifts could be better...

Well it was gettin late so time to pack up and go home.. I was so hot and sweaty Yuck.. went and bath then went to sleep le ZZzz..

Hmm.. Seems like my friend Joel gave me something but why Does it have to do with weights!!! O well nvm haha thanks to him i get extra sessions with the trainers over there Asking my cousin to go with me and good thing he say yes or i will be bored Hope it doesn't get to hard plus my fren told me there got ah gua?? Good Thing i Won something except the medals Tio 1st prize in the lucky draw but the gift was not i wanted it to be Oni Kickboards Goggles MeshBag And CAp Nothing special... Well Sayin this Saturday we are havin BBQ with my swimming frens and pals hope the food would be Nice =) o.O?

Class Chalet Over..

Today Finally the chalet over Haha has been fun during the stay but very Ex $$$ sia Went to Wild Wild Wet and gotten wet Of Course la!! Food was ok to me but feel more ppl shld go...Anyway today we wake up at around almost the time to check out Everyone was quickly packing their Stuffs Rubbish was everywhere Yuck!! Too bad i did win much money during the gamble with them lol So tired ZZzz Anyway My frens they all wanted to do something instead of going home But the bag are so Heavy.. No choice lor Told them i cannot go out haiz.. next time shld have more ppl would be much exciting oni 8 went to chalet includes me..Back at home immediately fall asleep till like evening did not go training however... Feel sorry to let my frens suffer while they are at training.. Dun worry i will concentrate on swimming le Its Time to Improve

Well its the June holidays le Yay!! No more stress But did not do so well in eXams haha Wish could Do better Sob.. Lately keep going out Dunno why but i just feel at home really nothing to do it would better to go out Get some Fresh air More Fun =) I Register myself in the Inter School Swimming Feel i wan to build up myself so i have been going for swimming lately Must be Prepare to improve But why the Training so tough one Wa LAo!!
